2. Quotes & Pricing
Estimates provided online or over the phone are based on information you provide. Final pricing may vary after an on-site assessment. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
We do our best to accommodate your preferred dates. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover labor allocation and scheduling impacts.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate site information (e.g., panel location, charger brand, parking access).
- Ensuring safe and legal access to the installation area.
- Obtaining HOA or property manager approvals, if required.
5. Warranty
